The next day I found a windshield crack right next to the right door post. Because when I pick up my car, I I assumed that everything was fixed perfect and the crack was small and was visible at a certain angle.

Communication was terrible. "Sammy" was never available and never returned calls. After three days of trying to get him on the phone my wife was told that they were waiting on our approval of additional work...approval that had never been communicated to us. When I was able to talk with him I said we had never received anything about the revised quote, even after it was verbally approved. He promised to email it to me right then. It was never sent. Never again with this company.

I am completely happy with the body work that was done to repair the damage done by the deer I hit in September. I was very happy that the work was done while I was away on a trip for 3 weeks so I only had to rent a car for one day. All the employees I dealt with were helpful and polite. They were helpful in connecting me to Enterprise to rent a car. Finally, I was very happy that a Hughes Autobody employee came to pick me up at Santa Barbara airport in my car and helped me to put my 4 pieces of luggage straight into my car. And then took me back to Hughes Autobody to sign paperwork. So, I give Hughes Autobody an A+ for service and the body work performed. The reason I said no to the question is because a few days after picking up my car I started getting error messages on my dashboard. There seems to be a problem with the radar system as I am getting collision mitigation and road departure system problem messages. I took my car back to Hughes Autobody and after checking it, they sent me to the Santa Barbara Honda service department. Honda did a quick check and said they would need 4 hours to fix tge radar but couldn’t do it before Thanksgiving. I have an appt to take it to Honda on Nov 28. I had to drive 4 hours south for Thanksgiving on LA freeways without these systems working and it has been annoying to drive with the two errors constantly rotating on my dashboard - especially at night as the messages are bright. I hope Honda will be able to correct the problem. Hughes Autobody told me that Honda would pass the bill to them. Laura S

It took way too long. Time estimates were way off. The whole process was disorganized from the get go. I had to call dozens of times and was often left feeling like my car was a low priority for Hughes. Even the payment process has been disorganized. I've received multiple calls and emails about completing payment. I've paid in full but I guess Hughes doesn't have very good record keeping system.
