It was not ready when you said it would be and you didn't let us know before making us drive 20 miles in heavy traffic to pick it up. You said by phone and by text that it was ready Monday after 4 and you would let us know if there were any delays. So we came to pick it up and it was not ready - extremely rude of you not to let us know!

My husband and I are not satisfied at all. The front of truck bed is still damaged. The front chrome hubs were not replaced. Real poor partial paint job why wasn't the whole truck repainted. The scratches and damage to the lower **** was only waxed also some of the white. I would definitely chose another shop if I had any idea it wasnt going to be done The Right Way

Thank you! Your service was great, Hector was especially professional and very thoughtful! My only problem is that the new paint does not match the original. The original paint is solid blue, the new paint is "blue pearl". As it only really shows in the sunlight, I really don't want to be without my car to have it repainted. My only concern is that it might affect the value of the car. What do you think?

There is overspray on my door, debris in the new paint on fender area, you can tell the car wasn't wash properly before painting. The original body lines were slightly lost in the body filler application and shaping of the repair. I'm not completely satisfied with this repair.
