I really appreciated the regular updates from Gus. He was transparent about the delays and what was causing them (hard to find Fiat parts; parts were damaged when they arrived). I was also impressed with the coordination and organization of approvals and paperwork. I missed not having my car, but it looks amazing!

After having my car in the shop they found some more damage underneath what I initially found and were able to take care of dealing with the insurance company without me having to go back and forth as I had been for about two months before.
