There was never any follow up on behalf of the repair shop with us regarding the status of the repairs and the car. I had to follow up multiple times with each time being told a different date and time of when repairs would be completed. When car was finally ready and to be picked up, 3 people couldn’t find the car slip and or stayed there was no vehicle being repair under AllState. I’m all, I didn’t find the shop staff was organized and could not get any consist information and there was lack of follow up. I would not use this shop again let alone recommend it to anyone.

I picked up the car while the work is incomplete and found out the left front fender in damaged .
Employee who gave me the car parked almost on the street , rushed me to get in because of trafic in that street .
Drove straight to my work , parked in my designated parking space , came off the car, did a 360 degree check , to find out left front fender is bent !
Don’t know what happened…. They’re usually good at what they do …
Did work with them before , referred a lot of customers to them , since I work in automotive industry.

The whole process at Golden Body was very easy. I worked with Abraham and he was very friendly, communicative, and made sure I always knew I could reach out for info or updates.
