It was not done in a timely manner and I was not kept update, when I contacted them to find out what was going on I was given the same story that it was almost done, for a week straight. I asked them to call me if the time they gave me had changed and not once did they.

I asked for the front license plate to be put on the car on Saturday morning. I would pick up the car later during the weekend. When I went to get the car on Sunday evening, it was not in the lot and ready for pick up. This distressed me, and when I talk to someone on Monday morning, they said the person who was going to do the repair had to leave early and didn’t get it done, and the car was locked behind the gate. I wish they had let me know that it was not done so I wouldn’t make a special trip out to pick it up on Sunday, I ended up picking up the car on Tuesday which was the earliest I could get it during the week. Other than that everything was great
