I have previously had a great experience with Majestic and the attention to detail. Unfortunately this experience was not the case. I scheduled 3 weeks out and they had my vehicle for over a week before notifying me the wrong door was shipped to them. My car was in the shop for 21 days when I was originally told 7 or 8 business days. When I picked up my car after it was completed, there was damage to my window on the door that had work done. The tint had been scratched off approximately 6 inches and it was very noticeable. Matt was great to get a replacement window in fast, but it was very inconvenient that it wasn’t addressed until I brought it to their attention and I had to bring my vehicle back in. When I arrived at my appointment time to get the window replaced, I was sent to a different location by the front desk, and was informed they didn’t have parts for me or time to fit me in. The runaround was frustrating after an already negative experience. I plan to look elsewhere in the future.
