Paint job had paint drips all along the door frame, missing plastic cap on door. Door was installed not leveled to the back door. Truck box was painted but not the gas cap door. Over spray on back door frame and rear window. When taken back to fix that, they cleaned the over spray off the rear window and the driver side door frame but somehow they managed to get overspray on the passenger side door and window, and they didn’t paint the gas tank door. I am no longer trusting my vehicles to Stockton certified collision center. I have taken my vehicle elsewhere to get the overspray cleaned off. Not satisfied.

I am a repeat customer at Certified Collision Center.They have got to be the best car repair shop in Stockton and possibly in Northern California, The repair was excellent as well as the customer service.
Hopefully I won't need to but if I'm unfortunate enough to need a repair shop again, Certified Collision Center is where I will be!!

They did not communicate well.Kept delaying the repairs and the date of completion. Missing an item from vehicle and was told it wasn't there or got thrown away.The day after picking it up I had to put air in the tires because the tire light came on and still is on.I will never go back and I will never recommend them either. I already complained to my car insurance company All State regarding this issue and doesn't seem to be resolved by anyone yet.This treatment that I have received is very unprofessional and not acceptable at all.I don't know what needs to happen but somebody needs to do something.
