Brian and his team are great. After severe damage to my car it now looks brand. Brian kept me informed at every step, which I appreciated greatly. The insurance company insisted on second market parts and some of them did not fit correctly. Brian went back to the insurance company and got approval for a genuine Ford part and now everything is working right. I had never been in an accident before so the whole thing had me uneasy and shaken. Technicians and customer service reps need to verify ALL aspects of the job are completed prior to releasing the vehicle to the customer. My car was released to me as "finished"; it was anything but. Two sets of eyes can be the diference between a satisfied and a dissatisfied customer. Hertrich collision of Milford, DE needs much improvement in this area. I will not be a returning customer, nor will I endorse this facility to future customers.
