I brought in my car for a dented door. My car was returned today with a broken center console and a bizarre knocking sound stemming from underneath the car every time I drive over a bump. I was without my car for 5 days and Now have to bring it back on Monday for more work. I appreciate that Harry's is very busy but this experience is a headache. I want my car completely fixed at no additional cost - I don't have the time to waste bringing it to/from the shop. It should have been done correctly the first time. Hillary H

The customer service and workmanship are excellent. I am a repeat customer not only because of the quality of the work, but because when problems arise, as they inevitably do anywhere, you guys take care of them. That's what distinguishes this shop. When I work with Eric, I always know that the attention to detail and curtesy I receive are excellent. His dedication is outstanding. On this last visit I worked with Mr. Guzman, who appeared to have excellent attention to detail and was very courteous as well. He will be following up with me on a small matter that still needs attention.

My vehicle was not ready at the time of pickup. The final inspection was not complete before picking my vehicle up. The girl at the front office asked me for my final signature on my paperwork without me inspecting my vehicle. The representative helping me with my repair was no longer at the office so someone else did the final walk through with my I was rushed into a signature when I noticed later that there were additional scratched on my vehicle along with scratches on the brand new bumper that was repaired. I brought it up to the reps attention and he had his **** come out to "retouch" he then explained that I still needed to bring the car back to finalize the touches. I called the office multiple times before heading out to no response I never received a call from the rep either to notify me that their phones were down or to update me on the status of the repair. I was rushed out of the shop and was told that the shop would send two drivers out to my work place to pick the vehicle up, repair and deliver back. He said he would squeeze me in Friday and Peter said it would have to be until Monday. This experience was very unpleasant and disappointed I believed in the quality of the work and now see that it was not. My bumper was not installed correctly. The position of the number is incorrect the level between the trunk and the bumper is unequal from the left to the right side. The back lights do not line up correctly with the bumpers lights. the correct action would've been to keep the car in the shop until the repair was complete. Offer to pay for the additional charges of keeping the rental or simply updating the customer on the progress of the repair. As a customer I understand that things happen that are out of the business reach but a simple phone call would have avoided a lot of these problems. In addition it does not look professional for your staff to rush a customer out or to deliver and unfinish work. Because of no final inspection now I have to wait longer to have a complete job done. In addition I left my car with 3 quarts of gasoline and was given back to me with close to half a tank.
