Great repair job experience ruined by one front desk rude employee (Jeff).
I was shocked at his attitude for proving the feedback that the inside of the car was dusty which was solved by in 5 mins by the owner’s son.
Uncalled for reaction by Jeff on a simple request.
The car repair has been very good for my naked eyes. Did take 3 weeks to complete but worth the wait. Please thank the repair crew.

Jeff Pollack, who seemed to handle my claim, especially took an interest in making sure that I was comfortable with the arrangements and kept me in the loop even much more than I would have expected.
