It was not done on time, it took more than a month before we got our vehicle and after we got it, we need to bring it back again, because something came loose and when we're picking it, the key is missing...and so we went home to get our spare key...but we got it back the next day

The only question was the estimate and actual cost of repair were significantly off. I know it was an insurance claim ,but thought cost would be same as estimate. Vehicle seems to be repaired to original condition.

Having you car ready four days early was awesome even though I was out of town working and was unable to pick it up right away. The fact that the collision dept is open on Saturday was the best benefit of all!! Had you not been open on Saturday I would not have Ben able to pick up my car until Wednesday which would have cost me four extra days on the rental car. So thank you soucj go a job very well done.
