The window regulator was not working properly when I got the car back and some rubber trim needed adjustment but they took the car back and fixed the issues without trying to blame me, the customer. Apparently the regulator came off the track when they had the door off the car.

Actually the repair was great.
I will need to wipe down the mat in the back of the Subaru from the residual dust. It had been cleaned, but there was a little dust residue on the mat and on the back of the seat (carpet).
Just a minor comment. Overall, I am very satisfied. I always recommend Pike's Carstar to my friends who need repairs.

It's nice to deal with the shop that doesn't have any drama in it or issues about your car or the insurance company or anything like that it just straight up drop your car off they fix it it's done excellent and then they call you and tell you when it's done and you can come and pick it up or they'll bring it to you whatever is convenient for you
