please work on someone explain detail repairs when completed, no one went over the repairs, I just got the keys, and someone brought me my truck.

Outstanding job. I filled out a previous feedback. There was a dent made on my car while it was in the shop. David Shepard called me immediately and resolved the issue. The damage was repaired in an hour, just like he promised. Really a great job. I can't speak more highly of the job Steve and David did.

Steve was very nice but we had a few issues that were not resolved. The first was that someone broke the key and when we went to pick up a new one, it was not programmed with a chip and are still waiting for it to date. Also I called to let him know that there was some bare metal that was not painted when you opened the back door. I was told the new key and the painting would get done at the same time. I have yet to hear back and left a voicemail on 12/03/2021. I would appreciate some help with this completion

The fix was good. I had my oil changed it was time for the service, however my tires were not rotated. I told the body shop that I wanted my truck detailed. They said they would. When I picked up the vehicle I was told that it was clean that morning but it rained. I live in Pearland it had not rained for 8 hours. I have a breatherlyzer in my vehicle which the service lady said that they decided not to contact Smartstart and just have someone breath. That was not the case because it had been taken out of service and had to be repaired after the truck was turned over to me. And to top it off. Someone left a pack of cigarettes in my console. Overall it was ta poor customer turnover process. Did not meet my expectations.
