I have used Collision One in the past and have always been satisfied with their service! Again, they did an outstanding job in repairing my car and the work was completed on schedule. Everyone at Collision One was friendly, courteous and I felt like they were trying to meet all of my needs. I would recommend Collision One to anyone who needs a car or truck repaired.

The repair to the body of my car looks great. However- made a drive out of town after getting my car. When driving the car on the freeway, noticed the car pulling to the left - and a slight vibration when the cruise control was engaged. I will contact Collision One and my insurance regarding next steps for any additional service needed.
Other than this issue - would recommend Collision One to anyone needing body work on their car.

I appreciate your getting my car in for repair. As it was deemed 'undrivable' and wrecking it was not a planned event, I was in a real pickle without transportation. Once you got my car, I felt reassured with the weekly updates on the repair. While I trusted that you were doing a good job, it is nice to not feel that I am taking you away from your work if I call for a status update. Your calls eliminated this issue.
