The repair exceeded my expectations. It is a 2012 Altama and you matched the color perfectly. Only comment is that the hood needs to be rubbed out as it seems to have some over spray on it, it feels like an orange peel. My repair took two months to complete, though it was a large job, I felt that I was not updated enough on the status of my car. Then after waiting so long to get my car back, my car still needed more repairs. Parts were loose, parts were scratched, and now I have to bring my car back for additional repairs. I am not satisfied with the work that was done on my car at all.

I am waiting for a call back regarding the tensioner bar inside the new tailgate. The staff said they would be contacting me with a resolution to fix tailgate properly. The tailgate doesn’t open correctly, it will slam all the way down if you don’t help open it the hole way.
