Oh my gosh! I don’t know where to start! What did impress me the most was how clean the truck was especially on the inside. I was not expecting that. The outside and tires and wheels had been cleaned. Even a weather tech floor mat had been cleaned. I could not be happier ! I would not hasitate to recommend Braden to family or friend.

I inadvertently left my phone charger in the rental after I picked up my vehicle. After I left Bracken I went to Taco Cabana and was in the drive-through when I realized I had left it. I immediately returned to Bracken and within that 30-minute period it had somehow magically disappeared. No one from Enterprise or GEICO was there so that means someone from Bracken got it.

They didn't pay attention to detail nor did they do their own quality check. I noticed a dent that they made after the repair was done as a result of installation of a part. Very obvious. So they said to leave it so they can repair it AGAIn. I had to take it because I was dropped off to pick it up. Now I have to arrange a time that I can take it back. Not pleased at all.
