Addison collision turned a bad incident into and very stress free experience. My car looked great inside and out. The staff was friendly, communicative, and very professional. Was satisfied with my 1st time experience with them.

My truck looks like new again. Great job. I would give you one feedback. You don't really provide email updates on the progress of the repair. I got an email stating you got the truck one that said we are almost there and one stating when the repair would be completed. I don't really feel like I was kept up to date on the repair.
