On a scale of **** - 10 I would have to surpass that and give Bergen Brookside a score of "100". People showed a real interest in helping me get repairs done quickly. They communicated with the Insurance Company, and me quickly and efficiently. Work was time in a timely manner and I received daily cell phone updates and then telephone calls from Rose as we approached the stated completion date. I do not believe that the extent of the work performed on my vehicle was truly necessary. I will be informing my insurance company of the same and requesting an investigation. The total charge for the repair given the minimal extent of damage (approximately 20% of the MSRP of the car) is ludicrous. Additionally the vehicle was not ready when originally promised despite being in the shop for nearly 2 weeks.
