When a customer inform what going on there car not just wrote down info but never take a look put a side. When you change new technical analyst please make sure that person aware what going. When a customer questions what going make sure you get the answer not just I don't know or pass on to other, a customer call for concern there car left message barely see response back. Barely to call customer inform what going on. I have a very hard time contact your technical analyst. There is no rental free service, no discount for deductible, car after picking up not that clean. Sorry, I don't expect to come back. 1st day was very impressed after I drop my car is the time I felt no more trusting the service too frustrated dealing with your technical analyst. Only one technical find work ok.

I was very happy with my service from the minute I arrive to drop off my car Jose greeted me when over everything with me about my car- both Jose and Fancois kept me informed with the repair of my car and had it finished before the schedule time- when picking up my car Francois walked me out to my car and made sure I was happy with the job- Jose also came out to make sure I was happy- they both went above and behind to make me feel confident with the service thank you for having such dedicated employees!! they are an asset to your company!

The professionalism and customer service I received was splendid. Every person I contacted made my experience so much more palatable.
