I am almost at a loss finding the words to describe my recent experience with 14/69. Hit a deer 11/13/2018. Front end damage but nothing too serious, except for some computer modules. You ordered the parts from a Lincoln dealer and I got my car back 2/13/2019, three months to the day. I have no problem with 14/69 but my opinion of Lincoln parts and their distribution system is not fit for print. Shawn (14/69) kept me informed and did all he could to get my car working. I have had at least 5 vehicles repaired by you and have always been happy with your service.
