The repairs were done quickly. I appreciated the car being cleaned before I came to pick it up. The only issue I had was when I was called about my car being ready - the person who called me said "I can't remember your name, but your Elantra will be ready in 20 mins ." Not only did she not know who she was talking to, but it was completely the wrong car. It's best practice to know who you're calling and what vehicle they brought in.
