Great work on my car but KC Clarke needs to be honest when contacting car insurance about completion time. I have log of texts stating my car was bear completion. I called Clarke after that, he did not call me. Car was ready then Thursday a week later than Clarke told USAA. My rental is in dispute because of this discrepancy.

Already discussed this with Kurt. Final quality control missed a couple of minor items . Didn't affect the overall job results, but raised some questions about the rest of the work. However, from what I can see and how the vehicle feels on the road, I believe the job was done well.
