There was zero communication. I had to call in order to get updates and did not receive a single call during the 2-3 weeks that our vehicle was there.

I was satisfied with the job that Everest did to fix my mirror, but the clear bra that was put on (and as I understand it, this was put on by a third party that you took the car to after the repair was done) looks like poor quality work. There are bubbles under the clear bra, and it just doesn't look very good.
