The people and work was fabulous. I really just want to let you know how difficult your hours are for me (and other customers?) 8-5 M-F is really difficult for a working person. No matter how good your service is, if I can’t get there or have to interrupt the work day, it does me no good.

I was happy with the service and the quality of the work. What I was less happy about was the expectation management re timing. I was first told it may be ready by Friday. It was not and I was fine given that was always assumed to be a best case scenario. But then I was told it would be ready Wednesday and was given a pick-up time. Last minute I was told it actually wouldn’t be ready Wed and instead it would be ready Friday. It was frustrating and I had no rental car coverage so timing was important. Also was told a light scratch would be buffed out but it was not.

Great experience. Dropped off my car on monday and Daniel took pictures and gave me the estimate so quick and painless. Said car should be ready by Friday. Had me on my way in no time. He called me on Friday to let me know they are waiting on one more part and to pick up the car on Monday. Was a bit disappointed. Car was ready on Monday and I was glad to pick it up. Car looked good and Daniel had me in my way. Thanks Daniel for your help! Keep up the great work!
