The repair work was excellent; the people very professional and helpful. Regrettably, we were not informed of the **** week earlier change in the date the car would be ready. We were unprepared and out of town based upon the 3 weeks of estimates. this could cost us issues with USAA. "Mechanically" -- great job.

Previous estimates had a multitude of body panels including the roof to be replaced. I had asked if paint-less dent repair would be a better option and the insurance estimator stated that due to the severe hail damage it would be impossible to effect such repairs and that complete replacement of the panels would be better.
From impossible to reality Williams retained the original body panels and left them looking like new with their PDR repair. Not only does this keep the originality of the vehicle but also cuts down on automotive waste. They even used original BMW glass for the windshield replacement. Williams left the car looking like new and the turn around time was way shorter than the original 25 days. Hopefully I wont need auto body repairs in the near future but if I do I have found a shop that is highly competent and that I can recommend to anyone that would request this type of service.
