I appreciate when the people who are doing the work are up front and honest with me, telling me what I need to hear and not just, sometimes, what I want to hear. So even rhough my car took a while to repair, I knew that it would because they had informed me. Thanks.

It is not a seriously bad thing but I would say it is an attention to detail. If you replace the windshield wiper reservoir why wouldn't you put wiper fluid back in it? Also a big old greasey foot print on the driver side floorboard was unexpected too.
