There were several parts delays that added weeks to the repair time. I understand this was repair of a Toyota, but I was sent to you by Haley Toyota where I bought the car. The quality of work was fine, the technician even went beyond expectation to get quality fit parts.

I brought the car in on January 3. It took over two months to be repaired for what considered minor damage for a repair. During that time, I called multiple times to get a status on the car. I was told they would call me back and never did. I eventually had to go to the dealer myself just to ensure the car was even on the lot and hadn't been stolen. I had to get management involved just to get status on the car. I had to go to the dealer 3 times for status. Totally unacceptable. However, when I did get the car back, so far the repairs seem to be done to my satisfaction.

It took 7 weeks to get my car back and it is going back in on Monday. I had to call to get updates versus your staff calling with a proactive update. People have to coordinate someone to drive them once ready to pick up and calling the day it is ready allows no planning. STOP using short staff as an excuse.
