Repairs, timing and interaction with staff were great. What wasn't great was their ability to find my car. Pick up was on the weekend. I was told by the team at customer care that it was parked near the collision center. I walked all the way down and did not find it. I then walked all the way back, entered the fenced in area and found the vehicle at the far side of the main building . . . parked exactly opposite of where I was told it would be. Not the first time my car has been "misplaced" here. Work was good though.

Very friendly! Couldn’t have had a better experience. This is the first time I’ve ever had to use a body shop and what better place to take it to!!! I love my Honda Pilot. Just wish I was able to have a Honda Pilot for a rental. It was so convenient to get the rental from Honda but there wasn’t a pilot available. Or a passport would have been nice ????. Thank you so much for all you guys did for me. Next time I’ll know to go with the van instead of the civic lol.
