After the unfortunate experience of being involved in a car accident, I could not be more pleased with the customer service received from Brent **** and the rest of the team in the Avery Greene body shop. Despite it being just before Christmas, he got my car in and kept me apprised of the status all along the way. Everything he said they would do, including the timeline involved, they kept to their word. Given the extent of damage to my car, the repairs were obviously going to take a while to complete. But Brent regularly called me to keep me in the loop all along the way. Rounding out my experience with the Avery Greene body shop, was having my car delivered in pristine condition. While I hope not to need their services again in the future, if I do, I will take my car to Avery Greene in a heartbeat. I highly recommend them!
