I was satisfied with the communication! After waiting a month for my car, I was going to take it on a road trip. After I hit the highway 2 miles later it was gearing to the right! As soon as I took my hand off the steering wheel it veered to the right immediately, not even gradually. I was told it got an alignment and was test drove. I am going to question Mercedes and I question the person who test drive it. How did it pass the alignment and a test drive with this issue. Sad, I had to rent a car for my trip to florida instead of not driving my car after not having for a month. It is now park at the airport!

The process of getting my car back took way too long. Whenever I called to get the status of my car and an approximate date my car would be done, I didn't get a clear answer or a call back with an answer. It seemed as if whoever was overseeing the repair of my car didn't care that I was without my car for 2 months and seemed to drag his feet when it came to getting things done with my car.

The repairs are not complete. We have to bring it back for several things to be corrected. The sensors are not working and the molding around the drivers front is not attached properly.
