Your employees are incredible. I am serious. Pleasant and helpful.
But when I picked up the car there was low tire air pressure and a warning light probably related to low tire pressure.
It was a bit disappointing and it delayed me more than I planned. But agin, your employees fixed it up quicky.

The repairs so far are fine. All of my change in my middle console vanished amd my personal belonging were gone thru for no reason as I personally handed all paperwork needed myself to them at the time my car was delivered. Although they are making the situation right, it is very aggravating to even deal with it

Despite receiving four (4!) "welcome" emails after dropping off the car, I received no feedback during the repairs process. Only when I phoned were updates/progress reports provided. At one point I was told that "additional damage was discovered" during the course of making repairs, but I still have no idea what that consisted of. The repairs themselves are fine. The customer service/feedback, however, was lacking.
