There were a number of problems. Grease or dirt on my seats and door sills. Door edge guards missing. Rear passenger door panel damaged. Rear seat release lever cowling loose and hanging out. I asked for replacement wheels and got "repaired" wheels. The insurance company told me that they would replace the wheels. Someone did not tell me the truth.
The people that I talked with there (receptionist, Cord, the Enterprise Rental Car manager) were all very nice. The bottom line, though, is my car was not gone over carefully enough before I was called and told it was ready. To whomever reads this, if anyone does, it is the lack of attention to details that is most troubling.
