The on-site Enterprise Rent-A-Heap is a nightmare and my car was dirty when I picked it up. Not a good feeling overall

Well prepared and curtious. The text updates worked very well to keep us informed that the repair was progressing as planned. The frony counter staff was organized so they quickly found our information so are time was productive but not rushed. Not sure whoe the relationship works with Enterprise Car rental, Nationwide and you but that part was also well handled.

It would have been nice if I would have been notified before Friday after dropping off my car Monday morning that my bumper was dented.
Not happy about that.
Also, the rental car had cloth seats & it smelled terrible.
Overall very happy with the bumper!
