Initially, I was thrilled with the work on my Jetta. Things moved quickly and I was back in my car within the week. Unfortunately, my front driver hub cap came off while driving on the turnpike. I called the shop as this is unusual to have a hubcap simply fall off on smooth driving conditions. The shop said nothing was done to the front tire and that I would need to pay for repair. This is concerning as I would imagine the tires would need removed to repair the front end. If this was wrong, it was never explained to me.
