My first time using the body shop. David was wonderful and spent so much time with me in the beginning and at the end explaining everything, and answering all my questions. I briefly spoke with 2 other staff, both of whom were friendly and very helpful. It was nice to see people who actually enjoyed their work, and were eager to help. My car was ready when promised. David Hutchins runs an efficient office- very organized. Our only glitch was not having the car ready on the expected date. The repair/replace job was very well done.
