I would have been satisfied had my car have been repaired in a reasonable amount of time, if I had been communicated with in regards as to what was going on, if the people working there had been knowledgeable about the policy of my insurance provider, if I wasn’t continuously given misinformation. Anyway, I’m just glad to have this done and over. Obviously I won’t be utilizing you all in the future and I wouldn’t be able to recommend you to anyone I know. As far as I can tell, the car looks good. I just hope people know more there than the impression I took away from my experience.
