Delayed in car service, no notification . Poor, well, no star in customer service. I lost a sentimental item in the car. The person took car of me knew that there was such an item. He took a picture??? He said he saw that. On 11/12, he said he would call me but I purposely did not call him on Friday , he did not call me. Do you guys wants me to have you interviewed by Scott Hines? Do you want me to post in media for your poor service? Report to BBB???? Everything is great. It is nice to also pick up a clean car. I am very particular about the way I keep my cars.
It was already clean on the inside for the most part anyway. My only suggestion is that if before a car is picked up that it perhaps get a quick vacuum.
I understand though with some peoples cars just a quick vacuum could be a whole day job. So with that said. THANK YOU & JOB WELL DONE????

I was not satisfied with my overall experience. Finding the right bodyshop to fix my car can be very stressful. After picking up my car I was hoping to find my car was as good as new. The body work done was fine bit the condition of the interior was upsettingly dirty. They left white powder residue on my windows floor mats and on the bottom side interior of my car I've taken some pictures of it. I had to ask them to wipe it down twice. They should clean up after themselves when they worked on it. If asked would I recommend bob**** or go back I would definitely not.
