My experience with the Signal Hill Fix Auto was nothing less than amazing.The only time I was slightly upset was when they told me how long they would have to keep my truck,which was 3 weeks and even that timeframe ended up being shorter. When I came to pick up my vehicle even though the person I usually deal with was not available because I arrived so early the staff was more than willing to help. Even the girl at the front desk was asking me did I need any help and she wasnt even clocked in yet,this is definitely not your ordinary customer service. When I recieved my vehicle I was shocked the craftmanship was great and I was shown all of the work that they did which usually would take an act of God in order to see. I was also reassured that if I had any problems,to let them know,and they would handle it for me,no charge. Im almost 100% sure I will not have any problems with the work that they have done but its comforting to know that its not a BIG DEAL if I have to bring my vehicle back. Great work Signal Hill staff!!!
