The repair took 23 days (understandable amount of time due to delivery of parts). But the lugs nuts were loose and I had to pay Firestone $30 to tighten and torque then. The repair shop claims they didn’t remove the tires yet they did a minimum of 3 alignments and adjustments… you have to remove the tires to also repair the suspension damage… Then the bumper bolt just falls right out and I had to pay Firestone to check the bumper (main repair)… Judy was only concerned about an appointment she wanted me to have to bring the car back (how can I trust Danser at this point) and didn’t care that my life and the lives of other motorists was put at risk from their lack of attention…

They missed a scratch from
The accident because all they were focused on was the bumper they didn’t even think about panel that’s connected to the bumper. It’s a tiny scratch so it can be easily buffed out. My wife didn’t feel like driving back there to have them fix that one spot. Point is, shouldn’t have to drive back to get the job done. 4/5 stars
