I’ve been going to Carstar for many years, and their consistentcy in quality work and excellent customer service is as good, if not better than my first visit. Moe and Daniel are the best. I trust them both implicitly to handle and coordinate all facets of the repair process, from Moe’s estimate to Daniel’s presenting me with a gorgeous, on-time automobile. They make me feel like part of their family, and they, part of my family. My husband has used their services, and been impressed as well. I recommend Carstar very highly, and will continue to use them the next time I hit the garage with my car or back into the tree in my yard.

I was very pleased with Carstars service. They have me status updates and were always there to pick up my phone calls whenever I had a question. I was originally thinking of going to the BMW dealer to get my repair work done, but after reading the reviews, I switched over the Carstar. Carstar had great reviews but I was still skeptical. Luckily, the service came back great! This is rare. I hope that Carstar can continue providing this level of service and quality into the future. I'd hate to see it have a change in management and have their service decline.
