I had to bring my vehicle back for a second time due to a few missing repairs. When I picked it up no one even walked me out and I was very unsatisfied with the repairs for the second time. When I got home I found damage on the other side of the vehicle that was not previously there.

Everyone was so easy to work with and responsive when I called with questions. They got answers and called back right away. They even let me know when the person I was working with went on vacation and gave me the name of the new person who would be managing my repairs. I received a call from him almost immediately and was assured it was being taken care of. The customer service couldn’t possibly be any better. I appreciated the text updates so I didn’t have to keep checking in, and that they dealt both with the insurance and rental car companies. I also loved being able to just swap the rental car keys for my own and go on my way. Enterprise service was also impeccable. You made an inconvenient experience not only bearable but worry free.
