I noticed Monday on 3/18/2019 that the Chevy emblem that my insurance was charged for because it was to be replaced was not replaced and is not sticking on the front bumper of my equinox it is loose also the chrome piece on my front bumper at the bottom wasnt snapped in right and I almost lost it on the interstate.

They were unbelievably fast and so polite. When I had questions regarding my rental, she called them and explained the situation and got me a refund. When I questioned if the adjuster determined what the metal grinding sound was. It was not mentioned to the garage but was added to my service report so I would not have any future problems.
