The communication was excellent, the staff was ALWAYS willing to discuss the updates. When they communicated the vehicle would be ready on SCHEDULE.......then got an update that the vehicle was done AHEAD of schedule...wonderful news!!! THANK YOU!!!
When I could not get there before they closed they assured me that I would still be able to pick up my vehicle!!!! Thank you for the service..NOT to mention the vehicle I got back was COMPLETELY REPAIRED and DETAILED.!!!!!

I was advised repeatedly the car would be ready 4/29. I was ready a day early which was great but nobody advised rental car was due to be turned in 4/28.
Rental company wouldn't return my husband's deposit. Communication was off in there area
