We greatly appreciated the positive experience from the day we stepped into the office until we picked it up. So far the repair seems great. Just need to check a few things like the backup lights. Communication was also greatly appreciated.
If there is one thing that I can mention that we were bothered by wss that We were told it would take 2-3 days and ended up being over a week. We did not get a rental for just a few days but ended up having no car for over a week. The pick up date kept being moved out. Other than that, we were very pleased with our experience with Tim’s Auto Body Shop.
