I could not have had a better experience with the Faulkner Collision center staff, my vehicle was professionally repaired, buffed out and cleaned. Ready for pick up as scheduled. One item that stands out is the communication they keep via email, as to the progress of the repairs. every few days i received an update without making a call.

I already answered the question but, I thought of one more thing that I think should have been noted.
I've had my car repaired there in the past. Although I've had good and bad experiences, I always chose to come back because I trusted the work. Now I know I can also trust that Faulkner listens to their customers' concerns too.
