First aid kit in trunk was not put back in its proper place and the cover for it in the trunk side panel was left laying loose in the trunk. Lights switch was changed to another setting which caused them to stay on after car was turned off. These are little things but I’ve never had them happen when the Mercedes dealer has worked on the car.

The repair took too long, our car was there for 2 weeks. What disappointed me the most was when I called to check on the status of the repair I was lied to about the progress. I was told everything was put back together and just needed painted. My husband stopped by the next day and the car was not put together and was no where near ready to be painted. My husbands business has bought several cars from several branches of Faulkner and we will reconsider doing business with them

The car looks great and all the employees were super nice. I was just kind of annoyed about how long it took. All week I was told my car would be done by 5:00 on Friday which was perfect. I needed my car for the weekend and the owner of the truck I was borrowing for the week was coming home from his business trip Friday and would need his truck back. When I showed up at 4:50 on Friday I was told my car wouldn’t be done until Tuesday. Then at 3:58 on Tuesday I learned the shuttle I was told about only went to 4:00 when I work til 4:30. Luckily a friend was able to give me a ride. Again all the employees were really nice about it and my car looks great it was just inconvenient. And it would have been nice to have enough warning to plan for delays or the need to leave work early to catch the shuttle.
