Great customer service! Casey was amazing! From the first time I called to the day I picked up my vehicle. She had Enterprise waiting for me when I dropped off my car and was great following up with me. As far as the results of my BMW... it was great! Everything looked perfect and they left my vehicle spotless. THANK YOU!! I've taken other vehicles to other shops and had never had an experience like this one. I had a great experience with MAC , they where very helpful with all of the insurance information an where prompt in getting my truck in and worked on . All of the repairs where done correctly and very well. Paint matches perfectly , I was updated at every point of the repair, and was able to pick the truck up the same day they finished , after they detailed and cleaned my hole truck . Will definitely be referring any of my friends that need work done to the guys at MAC auto. As well as returning for any future repairs I may need .

Estimate was for new grill , lower apron , pulling tire forward **** inch , straighten bumper and paint it . Dark color parts only . So new white/grey apron was used . I was told over and over she could not paint textured apron then i asked her to remove it . Suddenly she could paint it ! Grill was not replaced . Why ?? I will not go back there !! Tire still hits fender after 2nd so called fix .
