Even after a return visit, a headlight that was grossly out of adjustment was not addressed. It cost me $136 to have the dealer correct the problem. He stated it appeared the wrong screw had been turned by Custom-Craft when the headlight was reinstalled because the adjustment was so far off.

We recently had the front end of our VW Touareg repaired at Custom Craft. From the estimate process to the pick up of our finished vehicle, we were thrilled with the results of our service and repairs. Andy and the staff were professional and communicated with us every step of the way. Our vehicle was completed in less time than was estimated, and detailed above and beyond our expectations. Not only the front end where the repairs were made, but the entire vehicle (inside too) had been thoroughly cleaned. This just isn’t a beautiful facility, but quality work and service. We are very pleased and will return should we need to in the future!
