From the first moment I pulled in to have an estimate from my accident you guys went the extra mile. You handled everything for me from dealing with the insurance company to arranging for the rental car. I did not have to do anything but drop off and pick up my car. I appreciated the email updates, but it would have been helpful to have them when it got closer to the completion date. I had to call both times on the day I was supposed to pick up my vehicle (it got delayed). Not a huge deal, but when it comes to picking up the vehicle, more of a heads up would make it easier to schedule a pick up time that works for all parties. Other than that the service and staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
