The whole process was very pleasent. The employees made my car look brand new and in a very timely fashion. Also I really enjoyed their level of communication. They're always letting you know of anything going on and the progress of your car which is calming. Hopefully I won't have to come in for repairs on my car, but if I do Grand Central is where I'm going.

Very professional. When mechanical work that they were not responsible for delayed the return of our rental car costing us $300 Grand Central covered it even though they weren’t responsible for it.
